Musicians and Photographers both have trouble controlling their G.A.S. (gear acquisition syndrome). This series of photos have been taken over the past 3 years for Backbeat Magazine. They have a feature called "Toy Box" where local musicians get to talk about the gear they own and how it helps them create their sound. It's easily one of my favorite features to shoot.
